Our "sanctuary" at the nursing home is going through a lovely transformation, thanks to our activity director's creative vision. Old planters and the two raised beds have been swept away and replaced by beautiful urns of plant and flower glory. I'll post pics soon.
One of the raised beds was full of chives. Leroy, our resident volunteer, rescued lots of the little bulbs and tucked them here and there in the garden.
